Does your Metal Slader Glory cartridge support the expansion audio?

Also, is the FC cartridge orderable with the English translation?
I wouldn't mind if it contains both, either. That'd be a nice bonus. If that's what it means.

So no expansion audio? It's a little important to me, personally, but it's still seriously an impressive repro regardless.
