Bootable DVD or SD card will do the job.

MarioMania

What site can I get info about it....

Most 'cube mod related sites are dead now :'( , like tehskeen or mod that cube. Talk us more about your Gamecube (what mods have you done to it? which accessories do you have? etc).

how would you get the nes emulator on the DC

The dreamcast doesn't have very good copy protection, so it's quite easy to make a bootable disc. Google NesterDC and a tutorial on how to burn CD bootables(usually just burning them in Nero will do) and pop a bunch of NES roms into another disc ina folder (I think the folder is called "Roms" though I could be wrong. NesterDC tutorials will tell you everything you need to know. Bascly after that, just boot up NesterDC and swap the disc with the Rom filled disc and click the Roms folder.

A simple Goggle search could have told you this. Next time searc a little before asking something like this.
