fds cover art inserts; What games had them?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone knew of or could make a list of fds games that came with cover art inserts. I have 2 fds games right now( I need more!). The first one, Doki Doki Panic, came with one. The second one, Super Mario 2, did not. I was wondering if my Mario 2 is complete or not? Did many other disk games come with these? I think you're talking about that middle-right sheet. I have no clue why they included that, but I'd assume not many games did. As for a list, that'll be hard to compile, unless you're opening sealed FDS games.

Ya, that's the one I was talking about. I figured not many games came with them, but I wasn't sure.
