I use DreamHost.  I paid $22.40 for my first year and $119.40 for my second year.  My current plan offers:

348.00 GB Disk (Grows 2 GB / week)
6.84 TB BW per Cycle (Grows 40 GB / week)

Wow, that's not shabby, considering some photo sharing sites also ask 5$+ per month for the hosting.

I'm considering getting a Flickr Pro account, it's $24.95 a year for unlimited insane resolution pics and unlimited albums.
Getting some webhosting is also a good idea (even though I'd probably never use it to host a webpage, just a bunch of files). I guess I'll have to evaluate what's the better option to suit my needs and my resources.

Another webhost, which I've never used but have seen recommended, is NearlyFreeSpeech.  It's a pay-as-you-go thing instead of a monthly/yearly fee.  Depending on how you plan on using the webspace, it may be cheaper than anywhere else.

Tinypic lets you either keep your pictures' original size or reduce them.
