looking for like a game genie like for the japanese nes and supernes  can anybody help

The only Game Genie I know of for a Famicom is called the Pro Action Rocky. It's fairly new and still quite expensive even in Japan.

I'm selling what is essentially a superior Game Genie and basic region converter for the Japanese SNES (Super Famicom) called the Pro Action Replay. Unfortunately, since the PAL games I have are worthless without the Pro Action Replay, I'm trying to unload the entire lot. Check out my marketplace listing to see it.

The only "easy" way for me to use a Game Genie on Famicom games is to run it in a modified NES with a converter also modified with expansion sounds. I could do the Leaning Tower of Pisa thing and daisy chain converters to accomodate the Game Genie as well as the conversion back to the Famicom but with my AV Famicom sitting on top of my Famicom Disk System, that actually won't fit in my entertainment center.

Hope that helped.

There's actually a Game Genie for the Famicom.  I remember reading about it on the old FW.  I know JC had/has one.

>_>  Then where did I read it?  Maybe it was just a thread then.  I do remember JC saying he had one though.

Here's the thread discussing the Famicom Game Genie, and on page 2, JC mentions that he received a Famicom GG:

I can get this one

cart and manual, though it would be expensive. PM for a price.
