Looking for someone in japan with pokemon X or Y

Hello FW. I have a request for someone with a japanese copy of the game. While in japan, i bought a corocoro comic which is supposed to give you a garchomp, however this only works with japanese games.

I would appreciate it if someone is willing to enter the serial code and then trade the garchomp back to me. I can try to give something nice in return.
