i like the look of an SFC, and my game copiers fit better. i will never get a SNES Jr since it doesn't output RGB.

The SNES Jr not only can output RGB (with 3 simple wires) but it gives a way better picture than even the 1CHIP model of the SNES does. Definitely go for the SNES Jr.

To answer the topic question, these adapters are available. They're just rare as I was saying earlier.

They have a straight 1:1 connection of all pins. With universal cartridge shape. Their sole function is US-JPN-Korea conversion. Any NTSC cartridge to any NTSC system.

While it will make PAL games fit a US SNES, there's no point. For most to run you'll still have to disable lockout and install a 50/60hz switch anyway. May as well cut out the tabs in the modding process.
