yes, it is used on some of the commercials, not that one though. most of them (like 90%) use a different slogan though and I dont know what it is, ask manuel

for an example of one that does use it, check out golf us course commercial

Yup, there are two slogans, the 'yume ga okureru' one and the other which I don't understand, and also I'm very interested in knowing what does it say and mean.

The slogan there is "Yareba yaruhodo Disk System"

"The more you play, the more Disk System" ... weird slogan, but nice commercial. The little girl is so cute when she's  in rage after Mario said "you're hopelessly bad".
