You know Disk-kun, right? Yellow guy (I don't mean that in a racist way). On almost every FDS item there is. He's in Doc's profile pic, my profile pic, the FW Forums banner on the top of the page. You don't know Disk-kun. He has no story, no official games, no family, friends or pets, Nothing. It sort of sounds like a silly/stupid idea, but why don't we get creative and make the guy a character, instead of a mascot. I mean Mario is a character, but he seems like the Nintendo mascot to everyone. Let's reverse it for Disk-kun. Let's make him some backstory, a world, (like the 'Mushroom Kingdom' from SMB) or something. All he does is show our emotions for us on the forum, (Creative idea. Good job, FW Staff :) ) and sits on labels.
(I put this in the 'Off Topic' board because this doesn't directly relate to the Famicom or Disk System). Do it for Disk-kun! :'(

I mainly collect Gamecube (GCN) items. I collect other items too, but I'm focusing on my GCN collection currently.

Actually he does feature in some games, one where he is the main character :)

I'm also working on a little game idea starring the guy, which I hope to unveil sometime soon.  Nothing big mind.

Yeah you are probably thinking about Janken Diskjou http://hg101.proboards.com/thread/5818.

Note that they write jou (castle suffix) as shiro (castle) but I think it's the wrong reading for the character in this case.

I don't get it. Disk-kun is a macot for the Famicom Disk System so it's as related to Famicom and Disk System as it can get IMHO.
