Do you know if its possible to connect an Zapper Lightgun USA version in to Famicom Japan version?

I have my old japan lightgun (damage), and I have a good Zapper usa version.

It is easy change the cable or connector? :help:

just replace the trigger. most likely.
I don't buy, sell or trade at moment.
But my question is how hackers at that time were able to hack those games?(c)krzy

If you made a properly-wired adapter for the Famicom's expansion port, yes.
