Well, i have made some checks and it is quite weird.
When the famicom is OFF but it is plugged to the adaptor the output on the 7805 is around 4.8 (which i don't know if it is normal as the famicom is off, but the reg seems to be working right), and there is no voltage on pins 30 and 31, which i assume is correct as it is off.
But, when i turn the switch ON the output on the 7805 is just around 1.3 and is the same voltage for pins 30 and 31, and the CPU pin 40 just has 0.02 voltage. Also there is some smell coming from the regulator or heatsink, also the heatsink gets quite hot. Could it be that the 7805 is not outputting the right amount of voltage for the famicom to work??

Thanks for the replies.

Well,

I finally replaced the 7805 (first time soldering something), i checked the regulator output when ON and it was 4.8, so i plugged the famiclone into the tv, and after some channel seeking finally i saw the Tennis screen and heard the music!, just like 20 years ago.
Thanks for the help!
