Hello people, I finally got an original japanese famicom but only the system without the cables and adapter.
Since getting a power supply is quite easy my real concern is the console to tv connection cable.
Is there a way to connect the console to the tv with some kind of RF/AV cable without modifying the main board?
Thanks in advance and sorry for my english

The original red and white Famicom only has RF for video output so you'll need an RF cable with an RCA tip on one end. If you live in a NES country you could just get a NES RF-switch for this.

However your TV needs to be able to tune in to 91.25 or 97.25 MHz and support NTSC through the RF outlet. This is channel 1 and 2 on Japanese TVs and 95 and 96 on US TVs. If you are in a non-NTSC country you'll just have to try and see if there are any channels that shows a good picture. Usually PAL TVs don't support NTSC through RF though (only through AV). If you do manage to get a good picture but can't get sound no matter what, you can use an FM radio for sound.

If RF is no good for you, you'll have to AV mod the Famicom.

Thanks for the answer!
I'm from Paraguay and I think we use PAL-N, I'm not sure.
Back in the days when playing our famiclones we used channel 3.
How can I make a provisory cable? I think I need a RCA jack and coaxial cable but I'm not sure how to connect them..
Thanks again!

The easiest way would be to get a NES RF-switch with the right coaxial cable for your TV, if you can find those in Paraguay. You probably don't want to spend too much time with RF if it's not gonna work anyway. But on the other hand you won't know until you try.
