Would it be possible, to port a famicom rom over a disk system rom like mother due to it being able to save and not by passwords?

Sorry but it's not, unless you want to deep dive into the source code and port your own FDS version.

Technically - possible.
Practically - you have to find skilled enough person, who would be interested in such a project. It might ended free of charge, but no dead lines, or you have to hire skilled enough person to do such a project on a contract basis, or you have to do it yourself.
I don't buy, sell or trade at moment.
But my question is how hackers at that time were able to hack those games?(c)krzy

I think it's possible, because I have nes cart called indiana jones which the real game is arumana no kiseki, that is famicom disk system game.

it's possible but you'd have to make the port yourself - it's no easy feat.  If you had the source code you could port anything within reason, but it's a huge undertaking and requires extensive knowledge of Famicom programming.

why not just patching the game with adding battery backed SRAM chip save game feature?

probably could be slightly easier then porting of a whole game
