I don't know if it is official iQue version or not, as I am not overly familiar with it.  So maybe it is a bootleg, or it could be a legit game as well...I don't know.  I'm just reading the Chinese from the box though, says that it is a Chinese version.

I read that as it's a pirate, of an official iQue release...  By the way iQue is the umbrella brand, not the platform.

It seems like a pirate, no seal or anything; however, I have seen some official GBA games in Taiwan which were Chinese game text editions.

Yes official GBA Chiense games do exist.  Just a small selection of the best.
