I don't know about you guys, but I'm a big fan of videogame music. What games would you say have the best music experience for the Famicom? Since the NES has so many legendary sounds to count, lets keep this confined to the Famicom/Disk System.
For me, All the Akumajō games, Famicom Wars and Mother. I'm sure there are many more. What do you think?

I haven't even played this game, but Arumana no Kiseki has this kick ass cavern theme.  Was this a Japanese only game?

Also Argos no Senshi daybreak music is different from the U.S. version.

The Famicom version of Space Harrier has a great soundtrack (just like every other port of the game :D).

Right. The game, however, is far away from the original version, but at least is playable. Sega must be desperate at that moment (becuase of the failure of all their game systems until the Genesis) that they licensed SH to Takara.

Mother soundtrack is pretty good and memoriable! I find Kid Icarus also pretty good to listen too. :)

I quite like the Vocal versions. Considering that the lead singer was only 14 at the time of the recording its even more impressive. Bein friends and Wisdom of the World are fantasiclly sung and the English lyrics are odd but work.

Gremlins 2 - The New Batch has awesome music.

I like Makaimura, Famicom Mukashi Banashi Shin Onigashima, and Nazo no Murasamejou!  And the opening song for Kid Icarus is much more than pretty good!
