Nice tree. I'll get a picture of mine up in a bit. Is it already Christmas there? It's 8:10AM on Christmas Eve here in Manitoba Canada.

My folks dressed mine up, I think they did a cracking job!

We don't put present under the tree until the morning :)

I don't know if you can actually see clearly but the "angel" on the tree are actually glow in the dark weeping angels from Dr who.

Merry Christmas everyone!
security16 - at first I thought Wow! She has a "Number (Johnny) 5" robot, but then I realised, it's actually Wall-E. Oh well at least I know what I want for christmas next year  ;D http://www.ebay.com/itm/281231378006

Nice trees everyone!  I just have a really small Christmas tree in my apartment (fake tree), so I don't think it is spectacular enough to take pics of.

I am surprised though at the trees in this thread, by the lack of lights on them!  When I would put up a tree with my folks and brother, we would put A LOT of lights on our trees, many sets, but the trees here look as if they have barely any lights.  Who knows, maybe that is just an American thing though.

Yeah I think Europeans generally likes their trees to be more moderate. But personally I used to want to use almost all decoration we had (we only had one set of candles though) but my little brother wanted it to be more moderate so we always fought about it. Our tree always ended up with much more decorations than those in this thread.

I'm not really that into christmas and this one was set to be ruined by my ex husbands selfishness but his incompetent solicitors managed to file the paperwork so late he couldn't get things his way. So I actually got to have my son home for christmas but I didn't have a whole lot of money to spend on new decorations or lighting up the tree since i'm balls deep in electricity bills as it is. (Last one was $500 which is better than $900 but still too much!)
Not being christian also plays a big part in me not having much of a glamorous tree  so maybe next year I will do a bigger better festive season with less uncertainty
