One Game does not recognize controller inputs

Hi Everyone,
I'm brand new to this Famicom community seeing that I just bought my first Famicom this weekend. I own a Twin Famicom that I have two games for. One is Legend of Zelda and the other is Pro Wrestling both for the disk system. When I put Pro Wrestling in it recognizes the controller just fine and take all the inputs. However when I put Legend of Zelda in I can't even get past the title screen because it doesn't recognize any of the buttons i'm pressing. I still do not Have a step down converter yet but i'll be ordering one this week. I didn't know if there was something common that would cause this or if anyone had any ideas on what I can do to further trouble shoot it. I appreciate your help.

When you get to the title screen in Legend of Zelda, eject the disk, flip it over to side B, and then put it back in

Thanks for the response!! I figured that out last night when I contacted the store I bought it off. I'm guessing it just loads the whole game into memory then before you start it.  Now off to save Hyrule!

Haha, I had the same trouble with Zelda on fds..
