Thanks for the nice comments :)

The Giant Gameboy was used in Sears as a display unit. It has a 32" TV inside it and apparently showed continuous videos of upcoming games.  The Giant NES I built about a 2 years ago with a buddy of mine.  More info can be seen here http://www.nationalgamedepot.zoomshare.com/2.html

How did you ever get a hold of that? And what is that thing on top of your Famicom Box? It looks like you have some Nintendo tech stuff maybe?

Awesome collection Joe you have tons of NES games! What a collection!

I don't have a game room yet but I do have a closet room lol kind of. Here I took some photos of it. I hope you guys enjoy it. I know you can't see everything there but in the future I hope to have a bigger space.

Top of the closet shows all the CIB consoles I have + some VHS tapes and a couple of gamecube games.

My Famicom section! I managed to fit them in rows. There is also some NES stuff to the left.

More Famicom section here! Also my disk system games and some boxes of Famicom, gameboy, and other consoles.

A more closer photo of the right side of the Famicom section.

Super Famicom games are pretty much here as well as Mario 8 with box from a pirate cart!! Also, some other stuff and PS2,Xbox, and Cube games in the background.

The right side shows some of the SNES carts I have.

A little bit lower is the Gameboy games + Genesis and other stuff area. My gameboy games are all in that wooden box and gba games are on top of the box. I also have Genesis + SNES boxed games here.

The right side of this section holds my Disk System + Famicom combo!! The casette holder under holds my loose Genesis carts. It's a great storage tool!

The bottom section has some burned PS2 games and some originals as well. It also has Virtual Boy AC adapter and the extra NES I have. The NES in the bottom is the first NES I ever got!

Here I bought another casette holder for my Famicom carts. As you can see they fit great!!

Same thing for the Genesis games!

On the left you have my NES cart collection.

Playstation, Dreamcast, and PC games are in this CD holder. Also, some data discs.

Well that's it. I'll see if I can get photos of where I actually play my games.

Wish I had a closet like that! Nice stuff there!
Dance, puppets... dance!

Oh dammit. A friend was giving me several of those cassette holders and I didn't take them, so he threw them away. Storing cartridges on it didn't cross my mind at the moment >:( :'(

I saw some of those cassette holders at Savers a month ago, but they wanted like 12 dollars for them!

Try the thrift stores. I got these for .95 cents each!

Nice collection! I need some space to store and organize all my stuff like that.

FamicomFreak

Well good news! I'm moving to a bigger place that has a closet twice the size of this one!! OMG I'm so psyched!! This place is awesome!!! I started to move tonight already but we are going to need a Uhaul truck for the big stuff.

My "game room" only consists of a Magnavox odyssey  and a Atari pong (C-100)
I don't own a famicom, a NES a super famicom or a SNES.  lol

djdac

here's where i play some of my old consoles for now. kinda messy i need to organize it  :P. i got my nes & sega systems set up in another room.

PatMan33

Ahhh.... there's some pretty awesome stuff in here! Seeing some of the jumbles of wires though makes me uncomfortable! I'm a super neat freak. :D

My collection isn't all encompassing. I've got what I like and what I'll play so nothing really sits for a long time without being played. I did have one goal and that was to gather all of Nintendo's consoles together in one room. We're still working on that last point though, but I'd like to think I'm over the hump. Let's see if we can't find any pictures...

Here's most of the setup. Everything pre-GameCube is there. You can see Mr. Power Glove peeking out on the left side and Mrs. Power Pad waving in the bottom right. Also, if you look up top, you'll see the best dust collector ever conceived by man.

A closeup!  The magic box on top of the TV has my favorite NES games in it as well as my paltry selection of Famicom games.

And another... that television is the best TV ever.

Here's the GameCube and DS area. Past the left side of the frame is a chest of drawers filled with games, accessories, various adapters, and parts. It mostly contains games for the Game Boy, Super Famicom, and Nintendo 64.

You'll notice a copy of Video Game Collector, a magazine that some of you have had a hell of a time trying to get. :P

And finally a deterrent to any would-be robbers.

I've also got a Wii down in the living room but I forgot to get some pictures of it. Use your imagination. Anyway, that about does it. I hope you enjoyed your brief tour of my game room! :)

FamicomFreak

I though I commented on those photos before but anyways here I go again. Great Nintendo collection. You have pretty much all the Nintendo consoles!

Great rooms everybody. I plan on making a fully dedicated nintendo gaming room once I get my own place.

I'll up some pictures soon when I add my Famicom stuff to my collection in my room.

Most of my stuff is in the living room...

...some of it in the bedroom...

...the Wii is in the living room as well

The "other" room. It usually looks this bad (sometimes worst). I built the table on the back to make stop motion animation, but I need to solve a few problems first (lighting and puppet armatures, mostly)

My Willem Programmer, projection panel, and a couple of proto carts I made (the one in the right is Earthbound. It's label looks really bad each time I try to take a photo of it, I guess it's because of the strong color, but it's quite nice actually)

My EPROM eraser and a socketed cart I'm yet to finish

More misc electronic crap

Some of my dvds

There are a few things that don't appear in the pictures (Mac Classic, Olivetti Prodest PC-1, Sega Genesis model 1, Sega Master System 2, all of my Atari computers (65xe, 130xe, 800xl, XEGS), a 4-switch 2600, some nes consoles and famiclones, console parts, and some other stuff I can't remember right now.

I used to have an arcade machine in my living room, but traded it for a Wii. On top of the first image you can see I still keep the Bomb Jack PCB that originally came with it (I removed it and put a computer in its place) . Anyway, this was my machine (I miss it  :'(): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YJUBigWOK-E
