Didn't think this would sell, but whatever. Obsession is obsession.

Woah! Looks like someone was willing to shell out at least 2 G's for it.

Ew. That  is Chubby Cherub. I wouldn't even pay a penny for that.

JC

Haha. I'd pay a penny for it...then resell it for $2k. ;)

Definitely one of the worst NES/Famicom games ever, EASILY.

Does anybody know what some of the most rare and valuable Famicom games are?
I'm trying to research a list, so any help would be appreciated.
If you happen to know a ballpark price range and/or approximate production runs, that would be incredibly awesome.

Thanks in advance!

Heck...I spent about 10 minutes searching for a thread on this board that answers this very question. Search for it! It has the answers you want.

EDIT: Found it and merged the threads!

Just came into this form as a result of searching for info on rare Famicom games (saw some stuff that was so rare today it didn't have a price in the store! eg. Rockman 4 GOLD).

Just curious what Japanese pages you guys are looking at for the state of the Famicom prices.

I am definitely curious if the prices on some of this stuff is changing (hopefully going up) as although I am not (yet) crazy enough to jump on a $5000 gold cart, some of the $100-ish games I wouldn't mind picking up, especially that gold Punch Out! cart.

Cheers!

I watch YHJ...but YHJ won't have some of the really rare stuff, like Rockman 4 gold. But it'll have almost everything at one point or another, if you're paying attention. I've never seen a game sell for more than $1,500, which was about the price of All Night Nippon, iirc. Not a Famicom game, but a Famicom prize, a CIB mint SMB Game & Watch can go for over $2,000. The rest of the stuff is $1,000 or less.

(Also, I've got a CIB gold Punch-Out!! if you're interested. One sold for $250 on YHJ about a week ago.)

Just wanted to post a rare game I've never seen before: HERE. It's Lot Lot: Silver Members Sticker.

Any idea what  type of game that is? The pic on it looks like it's maybe a puzzle game???...

Ah...all those white boxes. Still need those. And that gold Rockman 4 is awesome. I've only seen a grainy photo of it before. Do you know how many exist and can you take a pic of it alone?
