As for me, I've been with my girlfriend for eight months. She likes videogames too, but no where near as passonitely as me. She likes puzzle and some arcade games though, and she actually PRESSURED me into buying Flippul so we could enjoy it together! I think I'm going to buy her a Famicom for her birthday so she can enjoy it when I'm not around.

so a few weeks ago, my fiancee ended our 9 month engagement and 6 year relationship.

suffice to say its been awful. We have a house, a dog, and I had probably the best job I've ever had in my life here. I'm leaving Kansas City tomorrow to move back to NYC for a while while I figure shit out.

I shouldn't be away from the boards for too long and will be back in a few days.

Oh man I'm so sorry to hear that. What happened??

Sorry to hear that man, that is terrible.  My last relationship was 7.5 years long, very hard to break away from the norm and start over so to speak.  Just don't let it get you down to much, you will bounce back and be a stronger person for it.  Best of luck to you.
