I know plenty of people with large age gaps in their relationships and they do just about fine. But I think most often it's a younger gal and an older guy -- as it's most often portrayed in Hollywood movies. As long as it's not Anna Nicole Smith-style age gap, we're good...

my current gf is 9 years younger than me.

3 years together and still going strong!

I blame this on the fact that I look 7 years younger than I am

Today....  ;)

Who wants to know?
I want to know :P

Ok, on friday both 8th grades from the 2 middle schools in our district went on a field trip to Grand Valley State University(http://www.gvsu.edu). Most kids there were goind to go swimming in the pool. I was going to, but forgot to bring a swimsuit. So when we arrived, I walked into this living room-type place where they had a bunch of chairs and a TV. I sat down on a couch next to my friend Zack. Evidently, he had forgotten his swimsuit. Ok, I thought, I'll have someone to hang out with while I'm here. Ok, you need to know about Jackie. She's a girl. Well, remember the pics of that valentine I posted in the things we didn't know about you thread? She gave that to me. I've liked her for a while, and I always thought she kinda liked me, but I wasn't sure. So, she sits down next to me. Zack, Jackie and I sit there for around an hour watching TV and talking. Zack goes downstairs to get a coke from a vending machine. He's gone for about 10 minutes, at which point Jackie and I decide to go look for him. We ended up just ditching Zack and walking around the school talking for a while. We go into the gym and play some basketball, which eventually just turns into us talking again. Now, just talking to a girl isn't that extraordinary by itself, but we started talking about personal stuff. We walked until we reached the volleyball courts in the other gym, where we played volleyball with a couple of her friends. Now, you may be thinking, so what? You talked to a girl. You'd be right. What I thought was important was that she decided to spend the day with me. She had other friends there; we could have actually  looked for Zack; but we decided to go off by ourselves. She chose me, the new kid. Even I'm now convinced that she likes me. I just don't know what to do now.

Middle and high school kids spend way too much time playing "does she like me/does he like me" guessing games. Just tell her you like her and ask her if she feels the same...not like there's much actual dating that goes on until you get a car.

What JC said is right on the mark. "Dating" in middle school is a joke.

Haha, yeah. :P

However, I live in a really small town(I just finished walking the perimeter of the village), so most places are within walking distance.

I used to get disgusted when I'd see kids my age, back when I was around 12 or 13, making out. I always thought "Get a fucking room, guys." I don't know, I tend to feel that very serious relationships really only begin when you hit around 17 or 18, but maybe that's just me or something.

After having good and bad ones, I walk the Earth alone now, it's alot easier.  When you start earning money you can just buy girls and skip the crap as and when you choose ;)

Unless you're more of a platonic, STD-averse kind of guy. :P

my girlfriend lost her virginity at 13.
I seem to have a problem with that.  There's a couple of girls in my class that lost theirs at 13 also...
I don't like them for it, but I talk to them every once in awhile

There was a girl at the school I went to last year that was PREGNANT at 13. She had her baby at the beginning of the school year.

Hm.
Sooo Marga isn't looking for a relationship right now, but we can still hug. :)

Maybe next year, when we're at the same school. :)

Sounds like that Black Snake Moan movie.
