This arrived in the post today. Got a great deal on ebay, hoping to swap the board into a junk famicom console. Do you think this will work with a FDS?

If it is a hardware clone I don't see why it wouldn't work. If it is a NOAC based clone I honestly wouldn't have a clue. Open it up and have a look at the innards.

Cool looking clone nonetheless. I like the removable controllers.

How would I tell the differences between the two. I'll open it up later and post a pic

The NOAC will be a couple tiny boards with some epoxy. The hardware clone will be a huge board with chips everywhere.

Another easy way to help determine what you have is by weight.  There is a great weight difference between the NOAC machines (very lightweight) and those using older parts.

It's a hardware clone. One massive board, and also has a game board built in with a 5000 in 1 clone.

I don't buy, sell or trade at moment.
But my question is how hackers at that time were able to hack those games?(c)krzy

As requested...

I have married the board up to a standard famicom case and she lines up nicly. I will have to dremel out a couple of holes for the front controller ports and I'm planning to glass fibre for a factory look.
