Power Joy design flaw

Well, the second Power Joy I've purchased has met the same fate as the first; two small plastic nodules steady carts in the slot, nodules snapped.  I'll post pics later.  Otherwise it's a great NOAC Famiclone, buyer beware.

I thoroughly enjoy the Power Joy  however, this model has that problem.
How much did you pay for yours?  I don't see any pricecharting.com lists for them.
I know of one in town for ten bucks.  I'm on the fence about it, because I've gotten 'em for .98 before.
