Could a RetroPort potentially fix 3rd party NES console compatibility problems?

Could a RetroPort potentially fix 3rd party NES console compatibility problems? Say if my third party system has a slot for NES, SNES, and Genesis and it isn't compatible with a game on NES, if I buy a retroport converter, put it on that and play it via the SNES slot, could it potentially work? If anyone knows for sure before I buy that'd be great, heh.

If you mean something like the Tristar 8 then yes, as it has a nes chipset in it and only uses the console as power source, controller input and av output

Considering the quality of the Retroport's NOAC, you probably could play MORE games on your Famiclone than on a retroport.

Any idea of it can run Tengen games? Because from my own experience my FC3 Plus can't even read Tengen games but I still really wanna play them

If you must use a noac then you should get early one from the 90s. I have one early Endingman/Toyo noac and it has no problems with Tengen.
