Best famicom ending

is the Crystalis ending for the Famicom different than the NES version?

No ruining endings without a spoiler alert. Best ending for me is Bubble Bobble. So cute.

I'm eager to see how Rainbow Islands ends. I've never been quite able to beat it. Also: I have a pirated copy of Rainbow Islands for Famicom and have played Rainbow Islands for NES on my PSP. Is it just me or is the music in the Famicom version sound awfully similar to "Somewhere Over the Rainbow"? I didnt notice this when I was playing the NES rom.
