Doki Doki Panic Famicom Cart (WANTED)

I'm on the hunt for a Famicom Cart version of Doki Doki Panic, I know some exist as I've seen them before. Anyone have a cart reproduction of it? I'm not interested in a Super Mario 2 hack with the sprites changed, I want the actual Doki Doki Panic.
