Proto and Sample Carts/Disks

I've now seen about two disk protos, one cart proto and five or more sample carts. I was curious about the worth of these things. Rare Famicom stuff is hard to judge because they will sell for different prices in Japan than in the US. I think protos sell for $100+ from what I've seen, with unreleased protos selling for $400+. I've seen samples sell between $40 and $60. Anyone got any ideas...
