Excellent condition. Box has some shelf wear on edges, slight dent on top right of front of box.
Top flap has a fair bit of wear, white marks where ink has came away.
Manual has fold on front.

Yeah it is a lovely game. The prices on EBay are kinda crazy at the moment.
One seller has the cart only for more than the CIB I'm selling ...

Yeah it's a nice piece for sure, but I'm with Bob-bob on it.  I'd also prefer a loose one, at such high prices.

I got a mint loose one about two years back - it wasn't too outrageous, but prices can and do skyrocket in a short time.
