you can build one yourself I did exactly that mine is very ugly, but it works and it is very strong  
I used an ISA slot from old motherboard and one defective famicom pirate cartridge

or you can search at www.aliexpress.com
they have 72 to 60 pin (NES console -> famicom game) so they should have the opposite as well

Like all other adapters it needs a mod for expansion sound to work and another mod for MMC5 games and other games that uses those bridged pins though.
