You should check South America members for one.  That is where I found mine, and most Famicom Game Genies that I have seen came from that region.

Maybe check MercadoLibre and see if there is a Famicom Game Genie listed on there.  If so, search the members here (or make a post) and ask one from South America to bid / buy it for you, in exchange for the cost + maybe a bonus for their help.

You could also find some South American members here, and inquire if they could keep an eye out / help you find said item.  IMO, offering some sort of reward /benefit always helps in the search.

Ah I was unsure if I was missing an easier way to do it. Will try this route and see what it gets me.
