FDS/Twin Famicom FDS - Clicking Noise While Reading, Then Error

Hello,

I have successfully fixed 1 FDS, but I also have 2 other Twin Famicoms' FDSes I am trying to repair. I'm hoping I can get at least one will work.

I made a video showing my issue that I am encountering on both consoles after replacing the belt, and aligning the header.

There seems to be a clicking noise, and then I encounter an error; usually 22 or 23 (I have gathered this is due to incorrect calibration, but I also get errors 27 and 28 at times after trying to calibrate again.)

Does anyone have any advice for me?
