where i can buy some empty disks? famicom disk

I don't think they are produced anymore. The Famicom uses Quick Disks, a cheap tape-floppy hybrid media that was basically not very popular for anything besides the Famicom.

You can't. If you really want some disks to overwrite, I recommend overwriting a dead disk.
