HELP calibrating a FDS in the UK

Hi there, first time posting, long time lurker.

I've got two FDS that have some reading issues.

Both are fully recaped, cleaned and also the belt has been replaced.

1st unit reads games fine but no rewritten ones.

2st unit doesn't read any game at all (error 22)

I've tried to calibrated both but after uncountable hours and a lot of frustration ... the issues still persist.

I was wondering if there's anyone based in the UK who can help and calibrate both units for me, obviously more than happy to cover the time and the work done.

Were the disks written on the first unit? It's normal that rewritten disks are not readable on any drive but the one that wrote them. That's why it's better avoided unless the disk is dead anyway.
