Disk system belts in Japan?

I know there are these transparent belts, I buy them from some guy on ebay, 10pc. It's not expensive but then there is customs fee and such.

But I want to know, because I remember someone showing a whole large bag of these bands, like 100pc. I have a contact in Japan who buys from me so I wonder if someone has a link to where we could get a large bag of these belts?
