How to make an Insector X from a donor cart?

I recently got hold of a Takeshi game that is a potential donor to make an Insector X (both Taito  TC0190FMC)

My problem is, the cart pcb only has room for 28 pin eproms and the rom for the game is 128k for CHR & 128k for PRG, so would need to be 27c010 at a minimum and they are both 32 pin?
