Has anyone made a FDS portable?

What I mean by the title is like a Famicom portable with a built in FDS-stick. If so id love any documentation on it. I may try and make one myself.

Built in? No.

It's possible you can put a RAM adapter in the cartridge slot of one of those portable Famiclones tho. Or obviously just run .fds images off an Everdrive.
