Hi guys & girls ,

I`m from germany and collect videogames for...2 years ? Yes , I think so. Well...I bought everything :

Gamecube-Games,Snes-Games or games for other consoles.

Well , now I want to collect games for just one console. And my choice goes to :

FAMICOM

Yes , and that`s the reason why I registered here.

Perfect English. And welcome! It's cool to have people from around the world.

manuel

Ich hoffe, Du hast viel Spaß hier.
Wurde auch mal Zeit, dass mehr Deutsche vorbeischauen. :)

I really hope we'll have a regular second German on this board.

JC

And then you'll have a bunch of conversations in a language I don't understand. :(

manuel

Nah, we'll keep it in English.

But I thought a line or two of German for a welcome couldn't hurt. :D

I've made a few posts here so I decided to introduce myself. My real name is Ian and I am a 22 year old college student from New York. I am currently majoring in literature and as a hobby I like to play video games, watch movies, listen to music, read and write as well play instruments. I started playing video games when my dad bought me a NES for my 3rd birthday and I have been a die-hard gamer ever since. Me and my dad together own almost every system that was released in the US, even the flops like Jaguar and CD-i. I myself just recently bought a Super Famicom, which I love with all my heart! My love for video games anime and manga has led me to study Japanese for 5 years on a amateur basis because the best stuff is either only released in Japan or is butchered by lazy translators in the English translation. But I hope to begin to really study Nihongo at the next school that I will be attending for my Bachelors Degree. Hopefully one day I will go to Japan, since I'm pretty much obsessed with anything Japanese (cartoons, manga, games, language, customs, mythology, philosophy, history, music). Hello to everyone and I hope that we can exchange some ideas and maybe some games as well!  8)

Deutsch ist besser als Englisch. :p

nintendodork

I can just tell what that means.  I don't even know German. :D  They're alike in a lot of ways.
I like to glitch old VHS tapes and turn them into visuals for live music events. Check out what I'm working on - www.instagram.com/tylerisneat

hello everyone! my name is Hunter and I live in Atlanta GA. Ive long been a collector of retro games and such and am now wanting to expand my horizons to the famicom world. There is just something about a famicom cartridge that is soooo appealing. I thinki it's because they look like candy. Any way, I hope to have some wonderful learning experiances and conversations and such. goodbye  :-*
