My name's Jonathan ! I am 27 and I am from Nice in France. I am barely fluent so I hope you'll excuse my english.
I Have benn playing Famicom for only few weeks and I love this console.

The reason ?
The Cartridges are very cool and 60 hz rocks

I am from France, so i am used to 50hz with old consoles... And 50hz sucks !!!!

I have a twin famicom and some games like rockman, gradius, ninja gaiden and double dragon

New to the boards and the famicom in general. I was looking for a quality famicom fourm and was told this the place to be, so here iam. I am also on the racketboy fourms under the same handel. Mostly into platformers and that was my main reason for getting into the famiom to get the platformers i couldnt get on the nes.

Hey.  I'm an artist revisiting the era 1989-92 and for the purposes of Fami World that means the video games I enjoyed then, but could't afford or misunderstood.  I hung around & befriended the proprietor of an import gaming shop and was crazy for Famicom.   Now I've got a Power-Joy & budget for the cartridges.   I have a bootleg Kid Dracula, legit Mario 3 and just purchased Kunio-kun Dodgeball from seller hit-Japan.   Looks like I might be able to score some others (ice climber, Goemon) for cheap and combine shipping.   Happy to be here and talk gaming!

Hi!

My name is Mike and i'm a 23 year old swede. (English is my second language so you have you have too excuse any grammatical or spelling errors)

This summer I got intrested in the famicom and started collectiong both games for the Famicom / FDS and the super famicom.

Most of the games i've got so far are games with differences between the the japanese and the pal games like musical enchancing chips or games that didnt come out in other regions.

And I joined this forum cause it seemed like a perfect place to talk about games released for the famicom and other great systems.

Now I don't know how much more I oculde say so I am going to end it here....  looking forward to talking about games with all of you!

I like games with enhanced music chips. So far the only one I have is Rolling Thunder, but someday I might get that Gimmick! game everyone seems to be stumbling about. Big Sunsoft fan.
