In my case dire lack of space is stifling. :'( Nonetheless I'm giving famicom a chance. Hope it goes well! I have that tendency to buy weird or foreign consoles then discover their flaws / lack of English games / expensive library / etc, and have to let them go to make room. Did that with things like PC-FX, Neo Geo, or the US Turbo Duo.

Welcome modeltfordman and Lum!

Can't go wrong with Famicom.

Lum, didn't you enjoy the Pc Engine?

Not the american model. Poor AV quality was part of it, composite doesn't do Pc Engine good at all. I upgraded to an rgb duo-r that's a big improvement.

Hey everyone,
Well I recently signed up to the site to help find/sell/trade some famicom items and other gaming stuff too.
I just recently bought a famicom with a some games which some I'm keeping and others I'd like to sell/trade for a couple of games I would like for my system.
I collect just about every system and sell games from a wide-range of systems too. And its great when trades can be made to help with the collection.

I also do some art like the followiing:

Morning people, just a quick introduction!

I'm Richard from the UK and have been a Nintendo fan since i bought my SNES way back on the 11 June 1993, i still have it now and it is in constant use. I recentley purchased a modified SNES which now allows me to play NTSC/Famicom games, so may the game collection begin!

NintendoKing

Oh SuFami, I also collect those games. The Japanese always get tons more games for all of their consoles. :)
