got it today, playing with the wii-mote sideways and it feels great. the game is hard, but that's because i'm a little rusty playing 8-bit mega man. so far i'm loving it, worth the wait and money. $10 is a deal to me.

I've seen better and I'm sure he bought these on clearance somewhere for less, but fallguy75 has buy it now 2000 wii points for 14.99. I emailed him and he said he'd do free shipping if you only want the wii points number emailed to you. I searched the completed auctions and I couldn't find a better deal (with shipping included at least).

I don't know this guy personally--use this info at your own risk but it went fine for me.

That makes mm9 $7.50. Now I just have to decide what to buy with my other 1000 points...

Or you can use the twilight hack and get it for free, at least to try it out.

You know I do emulate games I own, and I don't argue with people who emulate games that aren't commercially avaiable (and even more so for those that weren't even released in this country), but pirating a $10 game that just came out is wrong to me.

i got the twilight hack and megaman 9 will not work with the hack.
e.g. you click the icon and it just reboots your wii :(

I agree, and I did buy the game, but it does give the consumer the chance to play the game on a demo basis. Xbox Live is years ahead of the Wii Shop Channel in that respect.

You did something wrong, got a corrupted file, or something. My friend who lives half a block away installed a Megaman 9 WAD using the Twilight Hack and it worked just fine. In fact, I played MM9 with him today.

Yeah...

The power went out the other week and when I went to play my Wii the system was receiving no power and the brick was ice cold. I'm assuming it's the brick and not the Wii, though I guess I should test that. I guess I'll keep myself blissfully ignorant for the time being.

**EDIT**
I just wanted to update you all for no particular reason. Using the age-old Table Technique, I was able to fix my power brick and can now play Mega Man! :)
