Hi!

My name is Alex and I run the website: www.risingstuff.com. The past two or three months me and my friend who run it have been gathering up as many disk system and normal famicom games as we can find. Well, we finally have enough now that I figured it would be worth most of your time to check it out. If you have any feedback, I'd love to hear it. We've put a lot of work into our site and think our prices are pretty good.

Here's our Disk Systems and Games: http://www.risingstuff.com/video-games-famicom-disk-system-c-2_185.html

Also, we do special requests, so if there's something you're looking for, let me know and I'll try to track it down for you.

Nice site (I think a couple links are misdirected -- clicked Famicom Carts and it took me to Famicom System). I wish you success. :)

Oh! Thanks for telling me. I was jsut working on the front page and must have switched some links around accidentally. Good thing you caught it. :)

Alex,

I recently bought a CIB Mike Tyson's Punch-Out for the Famicom from your website a couple weeks ago, and I just wanted to say thanks for tracking it down for me, and for a ultra smooth transaction.

I will be recommending your site to some of my friends.

BTW, welcome to the Famicom World! This is a great place.  :)

rising_stuff

Thanks for the welcome!

I've used this place for reference a lot in the past (Heck, it's where I came to find out how to fix my old broken twin famicom that I got for $15 at some garage sale) but I never really got around to making an account for some reason... But yeah, this really is a great site.

Good looking site. I wish you luck.

Heck, if I wasn't living in Japan I'd certainly order some stuff. :D

Hey, I'm the other guy who runs the store with Alex.  He convinced me to join the forums too.

I have come to this site many times in the past, it's a fantastic reference.

Yeah, If there are any games or things you are looking for, our inventory is far from complete.  I try to add 10-20 items to the site every day, but I still have a backlog of over 500 games that I need to add.  So if you need something, we might have it in the store right now, just not on the site (yet).  If not, I bet we can get it for you.

Ok, that's enough self-promotion.  I am going to go check out some of the other threads.

Nice site with fair prices, I'll definately be checking it out often.

Any chance you have a Holy Diver stashed away in the back somewhere you plan on listing?   8)

We don't, but we could get it.  I know there is a store in town that has it.  Interested?

Nice store.  I'm interested in maybe buying a Twin Famicom and a few other games from you.  Can I choose the 1 FDS game that comes with it, or do you choose?

I've also sent you a PM with some requests.

Usually we choose but if the specific game you want is not one of the rare/pricey ones we should be able to work something out.
