ROM screens typically have a standard size. That shot looks a bit small. :-\

nintendodork

I didn't do anything to it, that's how it saved...
I'm using VirtuaNES..maybe that's the problem?

Looks fine to me ???

The width is correct, but the height is a little taller than mine.  It's a jpg (boo) instead of a png, but it's not overly compressed.

nintendodork

So will it work ???
If not I can try and mess around with the settings..

Looks fine now. Maybe I was seeing something different on IE when it was posted as a link instead of an embed...sneaky edit...

nintendodork

I changed it from a link to an embed directly after I posted it the first time, realizing my mistake..

Then I moved it to an album, thus editing again...

But I didn't physically change the pic in anyway :D

Pescatore has a Famicom controller in it.

Touch: Triangle Mystery lets you buy a Famicom controller:

Dunno if you can buy the Famicom itself later.

I couldn't find the proper rom for it, so I had to take these crappy photos. Sorry.

The fantastic adventures of Dizzy has a NES controller even though it's on a famicom cartridge.

Edit: whoops, this is a very old thread.

It's not that old.  Besides, the board encourages necroposting as long as you have something relevant to post.

^ Can you confirm the Famicom trophy?  I haven't seen it anywhere.

In Super Mario Bros.: Peach-hime Kyushutsu Dai Sakusen!, Mario (in the "real world") owns a Famicom, on which he plays an unknown game.

not exactly on topic, but in Retro City Rampage, theres a picture of what looks like a Famicom Controller on the wall in the Museum.  :)

Someone mentioned the Disk-Kun in SSBM:

Found it here:

Couldn't find a Famicom trophy per se, but it does appear here on the shelf (as well as the VB! Yay!) in the trophy exhibition view:
