Welcome! I hope you stick around. A friend of mine in Argentina says Uruguay has great Famipira.

Super Bros. 8 sells for around $20-30, depending on condition and the fanaticism of the buyer. Somari can sell for between $25 and $35 on its own, depending on the label version and condition. Somari pops up on Mario multicarts and is worth a $30-45.

Pretty much the only way to buy, sell and trade is to have a PayPal account. All transactions I do go through PayPal, and then the games are mailed out. I've never sent money through the mail -- money order or otherwise.

This thread has a lot of info I compiled about Famicom fighters: HERE. MKIV: Mythologies is the best MK pirate I've run across.

Thnx for the quick reply , i love famiclones and pirates carts , and i just recently discover theres so much famicom fans and info on the net, so im sure i will stick around

Yeah , we have good famipira , almost nohting famicom original tho
also , in the recent years the pirate market had benn flooded with really bad quality clones and crappy multicarts in game stores , but the flea markets are still full of great stuff.

i think i will be selling some carts soon , those prices are a pretty good deal to me, i will register a paypal account soon.

is there a list of prices/rarity of pirate carts?

also , i have another somehow offtopic question someone might know about. I have 2 Snes , one i have it since i was a child and the other one i buyed recently because it was a really cheap price.
but, when i conected any of them and turned on , i have a black screen with white stripes coming and going and a buzz sound. it happens with both snes and even without a cart....someone have any idea why this could be happening?

pd: great famicom fighters post!

This list has some rare games, and games people are always wanting to buy, even if not rare: HERE. People don't like to buy pirates of licensed games, but they'll buy games that were never licensed, hacks of licensed games and FDS games ported to cart. I'm still looking for a lot of games on that list. BTW: Best thing to do is ask people to make offers on games, and in time, you'll learn how much games sell for. I think most fighters are worth $15-25, FDS ports are $20-35, unlicensed original games vary in price because some aren't popular and some are.

We've got a bunch of lists on the forum we've (I've) been trying to complete. If you know of any fighters I didn't include in the fighters list, let me know!

Hi there, welcome to the forums! I'm from Chile. Here the pirate market isn't as big, but that doesn't mean that you can't find some great stuff if you know where to look ;). Did you know that we had a PC with a built in Famiclone in the market during the early 90s? ;D

* How to remove them easily: Disassemble the cart and leave the shell soaking in water overnight or for a few days. The label should come right off with no effort whatsoever and very cleanly.
* How to print them: Use autoadhesive glossy (photo grade) paper, otherwise use plain photo paper (not too thick!) and use some contact cement or artist's glue to stick it to the cart.

AFAIK, crap. Don't bother. RF sucks when connected directly to the TV, wireless would be even worse!
If you want it for the sake of collecting weird Famiclones, then go ahead!

Buzz in the audio: Bad AC adapter (dry electrolytic capacitor)

The other symptom sounds like a dirty/worn out cartridge connector. Luckily the SNES cart connector is easily detachable from the mainboard for cleaning. Use an old toothbrush dipped in isopropyl alcohol to clean up the contacts, and bang the  connector repeatedly against a hard surface to dislodge the dirt trapped deep inside it.
