Moero Yakyuuken: secret options?

I played the goofy Super Pig game Moero Yakyuuken for the first time today, in its English fan-translation.  Pretty typical cheesecake stuff, with the thinnest of excuses for gameplay (rock-paper-scissors!).  For some reason, though, I've always gotten a chuckle out of these sorts of games, particularly the infamous Atari 2600 carts by Mystique, which are by turns hilarious and disturbing.

Anyway, once you've won the game, you're told that "It stops here!  You should look for the secret options."  I assume the Japanese original is more or less the same.  Someone theorized that it's probably some combination of button presses, à la the Konami code, but I can't find anything more about it.  Anyone know what it is?  I'd search Japanese-language pages, but I don't know how best to render the game's name, since the title uses a lot of kanji.

OK, the Yakyuuken part is "野球拳", and I think 燃 is Moeru, if that helps.  I'll keep looking for a Japanese-language source, but I really only read hiragana...

Aha, I do believe I've found the answer, though I can't quite understand the details:

Can anyone do a non-automated translation?  I can't quite follow what the cheat code is supposed to be.  Note that this link is NSFW, in that it has stills from the game (which is itself NSFW).
