Japanese Famicom inspired Chunkout 2?

Hmm...I had heard of Chunkout 2, but a "Japanese Famicom inspired" version? HERE. Decent label. I've never been a fan of those translucent carts, though I don't mind Konami's Salamander. Go figure.

Decent label, but on the 1 screenshot in the middle I can see that the "Japanese text" is a bit clumsy and feels like something a 3 year old wrote.

What kind of game is that? Seems to be a game just to make some cash but the cartridge looks good.
