I happen to think this poll is great. A list like this has been lacking for long time. The only thing similar I can find is from Famitsu, but that's different. People that played the Famicom when it was current have a different perspective.

WOW! Mother, #13?! I played Metroid and Mother last summer and I remember Mother being ALOT more enjoyable than Metroid...Oh well. The peoples votes have spoken I guess. And by the way this poll is great and all, but I think you shouldnt be allowed to see the vote results UNTIL you have voted yourself. Notice how its always the same games who get the most votes and all. I bet some of the people here who voted were easily convinced of what to vote for by the results they saw.
