My friend came over to my house, got on the treadmill, set the speed to it's second highest setting, ran for about 11 minutes, and according to the treadmill, he ran 5 1/2 miles!   And he has asthma!

Ha! Yeah right! Nobody really does the amount he wants us to, but the fact that he expects us to do 100 is ridiculous. As far as the mile goes I usually get around 8:40 if I'm trying. Tomorrow will be a challenge now that I feel like crap, I think.

Umm, treadmills typically only go to about 12-13 mph, so even if he ran for a half-hour, he would only have gone at most 6.5 miles. He would have been going over 30 mph to get that distance in 11 minutes. Treadmill must have been off or something.

Returning an email from a UK based company that offered me a translation job with Nintendo.

But unfortunately I had to say no.
It was only for 3 months and I would have had to move to London for that time. 
If they only had asked me last year around the same time and I would have taken the opportunity. Meh.
