So, where is the game identified as Hacker? On the cart?

Early Hacker games are not identified as Hacker.  Look at the box of Papillon Gals.  It has the same Kinema music writing on the back.  Hacker games have the word ROM written on the front of the box.

So, if I'm understanding you correctly, both Metal Fighter and Papillon Gals were developed by Kinema Music Co. Ltd. but distributed by Hacker? And it was later that Hacker began developing and distributing most of it's own games, with the exception of the couple of Sachens it bought the right to?

Kinema Music = Joy Van = Sachen.  Hacker started by buying games from Sachen.  They later developed their own games and bought some from other unlicensed developers.  Here are the developers of the Hacker games.  I just talked to my japanese friend over MSN and he told me only few boxes have a "Hacker" logo on it.  He has almost all Hacker games complete except 3 or 4.

Ok. I had no idea that Hacker actually developed so few of the games they distributed. Now the ones you have listed there are carts or disks? Do you have a list of any unlicensed FDS games? I know of these distributors: Hacker, Super Pig and Mimi.

Yep, Hacker only developed few famicom carts.  Maybe the ones I said were developed by Hacker are not even developed by them.  I just haven't seen them released by any other unlicensed company.  All games in my list are famicom carts.  I don't collect disks, so I can't help you with the list but I do like your Super Pig avatar  :P

Ok...this one isn't on the games list, at least not under that name:

[Removed]

I'm assuming ROM = Hacker.

uhhh, if you look at my list of Hacker game it's there.  It's the same as Mahjong World by Sachen but with a different title screen and some other minor differences.

JC

Ah ok. It is on your site, but not on the list you posted here...so it didn't make it onto the list on FW. I'll have to correct that! :)
