When a buddy came over we played this game ...Super Mario Brothers 3, the turn system was perfect for a sleepover.

I had to cheat to beat this game...Mortal Kombat 2 , just not that great at fighters even though I love them, But I will kick butt in Marvel vs capcom though.

When I found this glitch out I almost wet myself....The Minus world in Super Mario World

Best Game or system trade I ever made with a friend...I traded a friend a ICE Hockey[nes] for Donkey Kong classics [nes]

I rented this game over and over from the video store...Sonic 2, why I never bought it, I'll never know, But I got it now!

I rented this game over and over from the video store... Sonic Adventure. I didn't own a Dreamcast either, I would rent the Dreamcast system with sonic adventure over and over.

When a buddy came over we played this game ... SMB1/3, Lifeforce... MKI/II when they came out

The game you didn't own but played at a friend's house the most...  Empire Strikes Back/ Smart Ball (SNES)

I had to cheat to beat this game... Ninja Gaiden (never gone out of my way to try beating it without cheating).

When I found this glitch out I almost wet myself...  There are no glitches that are that amazing, but as a kid I came up with tons of my own game genie codes for SMB1 alone (one of them made mario look just like he was ice skating [slide along on one foot, then alternate, then back, etc.), but the game would play normally otherwise--stuff like that was very cool to discover as a kid).

Best Game or system trade I ever made with a friend...  I bought a rare Arabian Nights Magic card for $35, traded it to a friend for more than $35 worth of cards + a working Sega Genesis system with games.  He went on to trade the card I traded him to a mutual friend, and I ended up buying the card from that friend for $15, so essentially I got over $35 worth of cards and a Genesis with games for $15.   

Worst Game or system trade I ever made with a friend...  Dunno what I got, but considering what it is worth now, I'd have to assume what I gave my Duck Tales 2 for was a bad one for me.

Duck Tales II...since I traded it away so long ago, lol.  I still need to get one back for my collection.  I generally come back to the "best" games I played as a kid as far as NES stuff goes, but with some thought a Win '95 PC game of some sort would probably be best suited to take this slot.

Oh, I'm sorry. I didn't see the year restrictions that weren't there, oh well then my game to show off would probably be Super Mario Bros. 3 or Pitfall especially the part where I have maps of all the boards with every detail.

I had to cheat to beat this game...Double Dragon II using the 2 player type B option. Contra...Konami Code. Gradius III...also Konami Code.

When I found this glitch out I almost wet myself....the screen breaking in Resident Evil.

Best Game or system trade I ever made with a friend...I got a copy of Dragon Warrior in trade for my copy of RC Pro Am.

I rented this game over and over from the video store...Secret of Mana. Own a copy now, but shoulda bought one back then.

What was I thinking when I bought this game....Umm...Trolls on Treasure Island. It's a harder game to find, but definitely NOT a good game.

What was I thinking when I bought this game....TMNT 2: Battle Nexus; resold it, ruined my good-game-buying streak... & I bought it only for the Arcade Mode, which in itself was a dissapointment

best kept retro game secret... wasn't really a secret: in Cruis'n USA on the Iowa stage (or was it Indiana?) if you do it right, you can knock out the separators on the toll booth. I only did it once so I couldn't convince anybody.

Oh yeah, on the Chicago stage, if you stop right before the finish line & watch the other racers finish, you'll see them do all sorts of weird ass things like stop & crash into each other.  I even saw something in the air - a helicopter?

Likewise in Washington DC, stop before the finish line & some cars will drive in circles
