That sounds good. Yes, I know Winter Gold FX is fairly rare.

No, that version is only in prototype form. The ROM has been dumped however.

Umm..no it isn't.  It was in the official NTSC version.

These features are only seen in the C64 and NES prototype versions.
Nintendo has them censor and remove these features.
